“The very best results are gained from having a spirit of inquiry that allows us to tap into our own wisdom, and then make it happen.”
Creating high performance cultures is Donna’s passion. Through her work, she has come realize these cultures are made possible when employees bring their whole selves to work. And, she’s well aware this can be a significant challenge. What sets these cultures, though, is a leader’s ability to foster environments where engagement and innovation thrive; where new perspectives and insights help individuals and teams resolve their distinctive immunities to change. The challenge and the opportunity are the same—how to value and encourage employees to bring their head, heart and hands to work in pursuit of a common goal.
Donna is an executive coach and skilled facilitator who identifies new perspectives and insights that help clients resolve their distinctive immunities to change. With more than 25 years experience in organization development and strategic communications, Donna’s background includes senior communication roles within Canada’s federal government, and extensive change leadership consulting within the tourism, health, finance, and non-profit sectors both in Canada and Australia. Throughout, Donna has established a solid reputation for delivering inspired business and personal change strategies that encourage individuals to bring their whole selves to work—the foundation for creating high performance cultures.
As someone committed to developing effective individuals, strong teams, and rich learning environments, Donna takes a holistic approach to leading successful culture change initiatives that have proven effective across organizational lines and interpersonal dynamics.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Business in Organization Development and Change Management, Donna is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Certified Immunity-to-Change™ Facilitator, and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
