Debbie Chow (she/her) is an Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) and has over 20 years of experience in communications and change. Her areas of expertise include: large-scale, complex change; employee engagement; and corporate and leadership communication.

She brings both a strong strategic and practical implementation orientation to the work and her overarching philosophy is simple: Effective communication and change are proactive, collaborative, relationship-based, measurable, and connected at every level…regardless of the size of the project and organization.

She has also worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes. They include community non-profits, provincial crown corporations, government, health authorities and health agencies, and national and global companies. Since the start of the pandemic, Debbie has also been invited to collaborate with community developers across BC and First Nation organizations on several projects that support the provision of culturally appropriate, safe, and relevant social support services to marginalized and racialized communities.
